This NJ305 bearing is a high-performance variant constructed entirely from silicon nitride (Si3N4), featuring ceramic inner and outer rings and rollers, combined with a brass cage.

Exceptional Durability: Si3N4's extreme hardness (HV 1500-1800) provides outstanding wear resistance and a service life 3-5 times longer than steel in demanding applications.

High-Temperature Operation: It performs reliably in high-temperature environments (up to 800°C - 900°C) where steel bearings would fail, requiring no lubrication.

Corrosion Immunity: The ceramic is completely inert, offering superior resistance to corrosive acids, alkalis, and solvents.

Electrical Insulation: Its non-conductive nature prevents electrical arcing and pitting damage, making it ideal for electric motor applications.

High-Speed Capability: The lightweight ceramic components reduce centrifugal load, enabling stable operation at very high rotational speeds (DN value > 1.5 million) with minimal heat generation. The brass cage ensures structural integrity at these elevated temperatures and speeds.
