Description:
The 635 deep groove ball bearing is a single-row radial bearing designed for high-precision and high-speed applications. This specific model is manufactured from Zirconium Dioxide (ZrO₂) , a technical-grade ceramic material that offers superior performance over standard steel bearings in demanding environments.

Material Specifications:

  • Rings & Balls: ZrO₂ (Zirconia Ceramic) – High fracture toughness, thermal shock resistance, and white in color.

  • Cage (Retainer): PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone), PTFE, or PA66 (depending on application) – chosen for low friction and chemical resistance.

  • Lubrication: Available as dry (no lubricant), oil-lubricated, or grease-lubricated (food-grade or high-vacuum compatible options available).
